About the Block Party Trailers

The SBCV has 5 block party trailers and 2 sports evangelism trailers at our disposal.   They are available for use by SBCV churches, but you must planblockparty4 ahead and reserve one for the date you need it. The earlier you make your request, the more likely that you will be able to get it for the date you need.

How to Get a Block Party Trailer

Cale Duncan at Liberty University is coordinating the scheduling of our block party trailers.  Request for dates can be sent directly to Cale Duncan at lublockparty@liberty.edu. Please keep in mind that there is a $250 fee for use of the trailer. The money is for restocking and upkeep for the trailers. If you need help with the fee, contact your church planting associte for help.

Here’s what church planters are saying about the block party trailers

blockparty1“We’ve used it several times andthe lowest attendance was approximately 175 and the high was 400 summer school students. This has been a great way to connect with people.”

“We had a great experience with the trailer. The hit items were blowups, snow cone, and popcorn maker.”

“I have assisted Grace Point with a block party & the experience was a great value to the church. It helped change the image of the church in the community. For two years, we have used the block party trailers to do “Family Fun Day” outreaches in our local town. It helps draw a crowd and is a lot of fun for small children. It doesn’t offer much for older teens, but the use of the trailers helped us create a positive view of our church in the community. We had folks responding to the presentation of the gospel at these events, but didn’t really see any numerical growth (more our fault). The mayor praised the outreach. The tools on the trailers are good for creating “environment.”

“Yes, we used the blockparty and God blessed us richly by providing between 175-200 people who attended. I thought it was a great experience that I look forward to doing again. God provided sponsores in the neighborhood wh gave us gifts to use for dooor prizes and some Liberty University students came down to help us, so for a small church plant that hadn’t even launched yet, I thought it was great success in getting into the community and getting the word out about Life Pointe Church”
